Review

It was a scary, thrilling, nail-bitingly anticipating experience. A crazy roller coaster ride. It also had bits of family emotions, friendship blossoming, new love. An unusual combo.

I loved Kennedy as a character. She is headstrong, stubborn, no-nonsense kind of a person along with being emotional. I love bossy women characters, characters with substance.

I was getting The Last Time I Lied  (by Riley Sager) vibes. So I was trying to foresee the climax and ending. The climax turned out to be very loosely similar, and very unprecedented (thank God!)

The pace is so brisk, the 300-odd pages can be finished in a day, if you do not have any unavoidable circumstances like I had (day job, *sob*).
